Jakub is a highly experienced Chief Geologist with over 15 years of expertise in the exploration and mining industry. He specialises in managing, planning and supervising mineral exploration projects, with a particular focus on developing greenfield projects from exploration through to production.

He played a key role in preparing feasibility studies for four mining projects in Rwanda and has extensive experience with magmatic-hydrothermal deposits, including resources such as lithium, tin, tungsten, tantalum, chromium and base metals.

Throughout his career, he has worked in many regions of the world, overseeing exploration activities in Mongolia, Kosovo, Ukraine, Rwanda and Tanzania. Jakub holds a professional geological licence and earned his PhD at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, further confirming his strong expertise in this field.
