Marcin is a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager with a background in the power industry and the metallurgical sector. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive expertise in planning, managing and supervising complex technical and research & development projects, including initiatives co-financed by national institutions such as NCBiR, PARP, NFOŚiGW and WFOŚiGW, as well as projects carried out within international consortia supported by European Union programmes – including EIT Raw Materials, Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe.

Since the company’s establishment, he has continuously served as President of the Management Board, responsible for setting strategic directions, identifying new development opportunities, maintaining an effective organisational structure, driving market expansion and coordinating the implementation of both R\&D and commercial projects. Thanks to his commitment and vision, the company has been growing dynamically, increasing its recognition and strengthening its position in the exploration and mining industry.

Marcin graduated from the Faculty of Organisation and Management at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. He further enhanced his knowledge through postgraduate studies in project management delivered jointly by the University of Economics in Katowice and Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue. He also holds the international PRINCE2 Foundation certificate, confirming his professional project management competencies.
