“Inclusion of the ESEE region and Ukraine in innovative exploration developments”

Project has received funding  from European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT Raw Materials), a body of European Union, under the HORIZON 2020, the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, within KAVA Initiative.

A two-year project aimed at helping Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, and Ukraine to rebuild the broken chain of education and training and benefit from the innovations already existing in European Union and also from ongoing developments. Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, and Ukraine lack geological expertise due to political and economic reasons. Significant need for trainings on geological exploration methodologies for defining greenfield potential and use of laboratory equipment is present in these countries. KIC partners have transferred their knowledge and experience to targeted countries, presenting innovative tools and approach to exploration.
